OBJECT DESCRIPTION: The real estate object represents a complex consisting of 2 buildings that connected together with glazed courtyard with the glass lift located in it. It also has a gallery with illuminated glass brick floors, restaurant with two halls and two galleries for 150 customers. Dancing hall of the restaurant has stained-glass roof. The old building is a historical monument built in 1705 - 1709 and it is closely related to the staying of the Russian Emperor Peter I “The Great” in Karlovy Vary in 1711 - 1712. This is the only building in the city that remained intact since then and it represents the style of city baroque. The new building has the separate freight-passenger lift, entrance from the parallel upper street and entrance for the service, freight and maintenance transport. Rooms in the old building are furnished with wooden furniture in the style of 18th century. Rooms in the new building are furnished with conventional hotel furniture. The complex of buildings also contains an unbuilt area of 385 sq m with the construction permit and authorized project for construction of 800 sq m premises. The real estate object is located in the very center of Karlovy Vary opposite to the stone colonnade with mineral springs. The Department of Cultural Monuments of Czech Republic closely supervised the reconstruction of the building. The reconstruction was completed in November of 2000. Total living quarters - 13.
